The Main bedroom, located on the top floor contains a double bed with bathroom ensuit and a terrace with views to the river Guadiana and the bridge bordering Portugal on one side and over the swimmingpool, on the other side.

There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is on the groundfloor, has a toilet and sink. The second bathroom on the first floor, has a toilet, sink and a Bathtube. The third one is ensuit with toilet, sink, bidet and bathtube.

From the living room and the kitchen there is access to an enclosed terrace with a large table with enough space for 6 people. From there you can also access the terrace where you can enjoy the sun or have a barbecue. There is also direct access to the communal pool.
