Entering the property there is a hallway leading to the kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

The living/dining room is equipped with TV and Wifi for your entertainment. From here you can also access the private terrace with views to the beach and enjoy the fantastic sunsets.

There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and shower. The second bedroom has also a double bed ant fitted wardropes. The third bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

We enter the big terrace with table, chairs and sunlonguers. You can access the terrace from the living-dinning room, kitchen and from one of the bedrooms.

The property is located in a very quiet, gated complex . Only 10 min. from Ayamonte. Faro airport is about 45 minutes away and Seville airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
